I know this to be true from experience.

If a girl tells me she's GFE, then I advertise her as such until someone tells us that she's not. If she wasn't because of a hygiene issue, then I really can't blame her for that. I've been there myself before, and I'd probably do the same thing. But if I start having multiple clients complaining that she is not GFE, then I'll sit down with her and talk to her about it. If she says that she just won't do it, then I will tell clients that she is not GFE. But more often they say that they will, and ask for another chance. I will give them another chance until I hear otherwise. If it's a regular client that I know is looking for something in particular which I have doubts about her offering, I will warn them. More often than not, they're willing to take the chance and see them anyway. But they knew going in that there was a good chance they wouldn't be getting what I know they like.

So far, only one client that has seen Katie has told us that she is not GFE. I am in contact with that client now, and in the process of getting details of the encounter.

I have only even seen one of her girls, but I think that Kat does a good job with what she works with. This is not one of those high-priced agencies, or an experienced agency like Jill's RS. It is what it is. But it has a lot of potential. I think we should give Kat a break, let he know the problems we encounter, and encourage her work to build a decent, monger-friendly business. IMHO, we'll all benefit from this approach in the end.

I forget if it's rsg or BOS int, but one has the same or similar pricing. It's had potential for a few years now. I certainly encourage her to do better, but the excuses aren't that great. For example, Katie already had a hotel room the prior day, so she didn't need to get a new room and present I'd. She just needed to stay where she was. Or not. Either way, she. Needs to have a reliable schedule.

Kat hires who she works with. So if there is a problem with the business related to who she works with, the buck stops there.

That all said, they are professional on the phone and the first girl I saw there was truly awesome, drug problems and all. Hit or miss. Still better than most Indy girls or pimps posing as agencies (or a plus or the other fly by nights who change their names constantly) , but not on the same level as the places who are expeirianced even after a few years. Scheduling in advance is not the issue, we make appointments days or weeks in advance all the time. The issue is scheduling incalls in advance with girls who either only occasionally do incalls, and / or are under 21. Alicia for example only offers incalls once per week. She does this when one of her regular clients gets a hotel room, and then allows her to keep it after his appointment (yes, he is aware that she uses it to see other clients). So unfortunately, she (and us) , are at the mercy of when he decides to do this. We often do not know until that day, and sometimes because of his line of work, he has to cancel at the last minute. Katie, is also under 21, so she can not get hotel rooms on her own. So she has to wait for one of her friends to get the room for her. Again, at the mercy of someone else and having to adapt around their schedule. Jack and I can not get the rooms for them, because we have gone to great lengths to ensure that nothing related to RT comes back on either of our real names. If any of you know where to get a fake I'd (for a reasonable price) good enough to be scanned by the new scanners hotels use these days, please let me know.

I'm making the best of a situation which I do not have complete control of. These are the issues you encounter when dealing with girls under 21. But judging by the calls we receive, those are the girls the majority of you want to see. If you'd like to schedule an outcall in advance, we have no problem at all doing so. I'm very tempted to just stop offering incalls all together to avoid many of the headaches and complaints.

I work to hard for my money to take a chance on a girl at an agency. Not how it's supposed to work. Agency sets the standard and tells the girls what is expected up front. Until I hear differently not seeing them. To inconsistent for me.

Kat I do not have any issue with you. You and your agency are very professional, jsut think you need to be more up front with them and set the rules.

Ho Hunter, I appreciate your contributions as they are very good. The problem I have with RT is they have minimal info on their website, when you call they basically say the same things about every girl they have. Which means they are very vague and to me misleading. I have seen some of her girls and none of them have lived up to how they were described to me.

I am sure Kat is a very nice person but they mislead their customers, I don't know if it's on purpose or not but when it happens consistently it can't be an accident all the time. I have been told a girl is GFE and then she is not close to it.

Alicia is a very pretty girl but not a GFE, this new girl Katie not a GFE and tries to upsell. Kat needs to be a little tougher with her girls and be a little more honest about what is expected of them and then be more honest with us, her clients.

They all seem like nice girls but not worth my money to see. Kat needs to set her agency's standards and tell the girls what is expected of them. If they agree then great if not then not a good match and they should move on to somewhere else. That is how you run an agency, decide the standards and make sure the girls deliver.

Because of the legal ramifications of such statements, we simply can not go into details over the phone if you are not a regular client.

Maybe I am too soft on the girls at times, but I'm a big believer in giving people a chance until proven otherwise. Even then, I'll usually give them a chance to correct the issue after I sit down and talk to them about it. I do my best to make things fair for everyone involved.
