That's exactly what happened: I felt uptight and tense going into the last 3 AMP's I visited. I could've had HE at Alice's but foolishly passed because I wanted to try other places that same day. No, I am not LEO. I'm just your average working-class guy who operates a train for a living. I just started off with this hobby two months ago, so I expected to have a few bumps along the way. But you do raise a good point. Maybe I have been too passive with my approach because I've always tried to treat ladies with respect. The next time I go perhaps I should be more upfront with what I really want. Maybe touching the MT as soon as the massage starts and having a few bills in plain sight couldn't hurt.

Tried out Eastern the other day. An older lady at reception with a banging younger girl. Went there the other night. Met Selena who didn't remember I knew her from Arom. LOL it's funny how her story changed, but not a big deal. So I stopped by this new LMP the other day. Walked in and receptionist greeted and charged $.60 hr. Nice place, jack shack. Last time I have talked to two of my regular masseuses, they have asked me to tell this to the users of this forum: Please, if you are new to a certain place and looking for a good time, don't just go there, get naked and ask "what is on the menu?", or "are there extras for $"? You have to understand that there are lots of LEOs going around our favorite places and our girls don't want to get caught. They hate talking about money because that is how they end up losing their jobs. So what to do? My strategy has brought me only great satisfactions:

You walk into a new place, ask for the massage, pay up front, and go to your room. Once you are there, leave on their little table how much $ you are willing to pay for extras. If she is not into it, she will notice the $, say nothing, will give you a massage, and decline any request. If she is into it, whenever you ask for the extra (WITHOUT mentioning the $) if she thinks the $ is right, she will do it and both of you will be happy. If she thinks it is too little $, she will not, and may say she is not into that. As simple as that.

The thing is never talk about $. With this method, you can have a LEO right there in front of you while she is giving you a HS and nobody would get into trouble because nobody said anything about money in exchange for a HS, FS, or whatever. So far, it has worked for me.

This does not guarantee that you don't get arrested, but it makes it a lot harder for LEO to arrest you. Maybe enough so that they wouldn't bother to arrest you. But your advise does not guarantee that they won't (or can't) arrest you. Musei made a comment "money is exchanged as you pay the door fee". That fact does not establish a basis for arrest. Prostitution involves a sex act (or agreement to perform one) in exchange for money (or anything of value, for that matter). Paying the door fee does not establish that you paid the door fee for sex.

Don't get me wrong, the guideline that you have stated is a good one for people to follow, because it does make it harder for LE to have a basis to arrest you. However, you could still potentially get arrested for being in a "place of prostitution". LE can establish that the place is a "place of prostitution" on the basis of the actions of others at the location. That said, they still have to establish that you were there with the *intent* of engaging in a sex act. So, for example, if you go there with a pocket full of condoms, it might make it easier for LE to make their case against you. So if you go there with a condom, stick it under a pillow or put it some place where you can deny that it was yours if you get caught in the middle of a raid (I doubt that they would bother to dust the thing for fingerprints)! .

Daniel, Gilbee, and George, those are wonderful points you make. We all need to be extra careful these days; seems like LE has nothing better to do but harass innocent women who are just trying to make a decent living. And I know I said this before, but obviously the less details in our reports the better; the last thing we need to see is a bunch of MP's go down the drain at once. Plus, let's do call out the bad places and let LEO deal with them, but keep the good ones to ourselves. That's the purpose of the PM.
