In my view these are all most likely scammers. You'll show up and find a girl who only vaguely resembles the photo who will not deliver on any of the promises made in her ad. The most you'll get is a listless, topless HJ for $160 in an Atlantic Station apartment. I've made the mistake of visiting a couple of these and gave up after two.
