Normally I am in observation mode. I am as senior as one can get but never post anything. Something compelled me to want to post tonight based on what I have observed on Patapsco the last two nights.

First Leo needs to do a better job of being in a "concealed location". On Tuesday at about 1:30am, there were about 4 or 5 cops staked out behind the building next to the Salvation Army store. H.

Next thing I know, I hear the girls running away all around across residences' yards while the black dude, who had parked in someone's driveway, was shouting "Give me my money back or I will call the Police". The girls ran by the car and the two white dudes jumped out and one had a flashlight. The curly hair girl yelled "my boyfriend is in the car". The girls then jumped in the car with their pimp / boyfriends and they were off.

Also saw a blonde chick this morning get into what looks like a pimps car near salvation army.
