Here are the facts as I know them, so please just take this as an alert to be careful.

She was arrested by a OSU policemen in the South Sub Base Parking Lot.

She was arrested on 5/31/11.

The charges are mostly drug related, but whenever a provider is arrested there is a chance that Leo can pressure them to turn in others.

She was arrested for: Drug Paraphernalia Possession, Drug Possession, Solicitation and on an existing warrant from another jurisdiction.

I posted something just to make everyone aware that they should be cautious. I did not post it to be malicious or vindictive. Anyone can be busted. Anyone can make mistakes. I will not post copies or links to the court docs openly to protect her real name and home address. I will give USASG staff the links so they can decide what if anything they will do.

She received good reviews here and elsewhere and was an "up and comer" in the eyes of many, but again, until this situation "ages" and time passes without her causing issues, I felt it was my duty to other hobbyists to put out the caution flag.

Hey guys, if Pro is giving this bit of information then trust him on it. I know him from another site he is active on and have talked to him in person. He is a good guy and is just trying to put some information out there to protect everyone. Since the girl in question has been busted for drugs she could easily be flipped to get out from under the charges. Pro is just trying to watch your back that's all, take him for his word on this one.

Naughtia and Saxony are not the same person. I have seen them both. I just saw saxony last Friday and no indication of trouble. So unless this happened since last Friday I am not sure how true this is. I am trying to find out more myself.

Saxony and Naughtia have to know each other. If you use the search on Saxony, you get two ads. But down below, it shows ads posted by the same user. Here is an example;

In these two ads, they both use the same phone number. They have to be linked together somehow. My point is if Saxony is in trouble, be careful with Naughtia.

The report came from a known hobbyist who actually attended the arraignment.

I have seen the Arraignment file on Franklin County Clerk of Court's website. Like I said above I don't want to out her, but I am willing to give the information to one of the USASG moderators so they can look into themselves.
