This is about Little Sarah of WW fame, not the tall TV Sarah.

She was spotted Sunday PM about 4:30 at her usual spot around Wilkins and Payson. Some lucky dude in a SUV scooped her up.

Sarah has been more or less clean and on a program for about two years since she had a major blood clot that almost killed her. I heard the worst possible news about Ruthie. I hope it's not true. Please God, tell me it's not true.

Although this news comes second-hand I believe it is true. Someone who is familiar with the guy on the Eastern Shore that she stayed with for a while tells me he investigated when her mother contacted him because no one had heard from her for a while. She says that he found she had OD'd a while ago. This information comes from someone who had known her since they were about 13 and in juvenile hall together, and had remained friends ever since. This is indeed very sad, because Ruthie was a gem. She was a nice, although misguided, girl who didn't deserve to go this way. She will be missed a ton. Although I believe this information to be true, I am still hoping that it is not.

I don't usually cruise Brooklyn, but WW was dead today so I tried it. I found this Shannon on Patapsco near Tenth. At first I though she might be very young, but a closer look told me she was old enough. She had a house on Stoll, so that's where we went, and things went downhill from there.
