Since I think there are better conversations to be had here, I don't want to draw this out, so we can continue this via PM, but in general I'll say that good girls (young with good service) have the luxury of working anywhere they want, and not just in NOVA. They'll go where the money is. The girls with the licences are usually the older ones, and they won't get fired as the MMS needs them for when LEO comes.

I have no intention of preaching what people should tip, but for me, when I go to a NOVA AMP I'm very certain of what I want. A good massage, if I pay for 60 minutes I don't want to be rushed out in 30-40 minutes, and I want a NOVA finish.

Any extras, I'll ask for, but I won't get all worked up if I don't get it, and I'll still tip based on the overall experience. A NOVA experience can be incredibly enjoyable, but its not a consistent substitute for the other options available.

As far as working girls and the MMS, most girls don't have a long-term interest in the AMP they are working at. Out of town girls from NY are usually asked to come from anywhere from 1-2 weeks to a month. If business is slow at one place they'll leave for another. The AMP is not their business, they don't profit from MMS being busy, and the MMS doesn't really care for the girl, which is why you see such a high rotation. For all the talk of "human trafficking" its actually the girls that wield the power, not the MMS.

In 2002 before coming to VA, I frequented a few in Queens and in one if I asked the MMS would provide. If I came in and I did not like the girl and another was busy she would let me wait and have tea with her (not the usual waiting area) until the next girl was free.

On visit, I went for my then newest "regular" but she had moved one. She was good for a BBJ and covered after. I told the MMS if she new the others were like that. Many times I do the hobby, but first time post. I got stuck in traffic last Saturday on that dreaded 66 highway. Got off at the next exit and headed to Vienna. There was a place where you had to ascend a couple flights of stairs. Saw it on BP and no reports so I TOFTT. Knocked on the door, and one of the cutest providers answered. The MMS doesn't care what we tip, only that we pay for the house fee up front. The MMS and girls that work there have different perspectives.

The economic situation is that if the girls don't make money in NOVA they just leave for greener pastures. At least the young and pretty ones that give good service, and are able to make money, leaving us with a older ladies that have worse service remaining.

The reality is that most ladies in this business aren't really tied down to a specific area. If business is better in NY, Jersey, Georgia, or LA; they'll go there. Word gets around between girls how much money there is to be made in different areas. Its a risk / benefit equation where they decide to work. The good girls always have the upper hand over the MMS.

But I really didn't want to start a conversation about tipping. And in earnest it was originally me who was blaming the girl for poor performance relative to tipping. And again, tipping based on overall performance is important, bad service should equal a tip that is representative of that.

But at the same time, tipping the girl poorly is not a great way for you to get your point across to the MMS. It just means girls will got elsewhere. If it means that 'grandma' with poor service leave, I have no problem with that, but hopefully people are tipping properly when service is actually good (regardless if its a nova finish or not)

That is what I try to maintain, throwing extra if see meets what my dog like (looks) and less if she is really bad. I feel you have given good basis / start off points from there the woman earns or loses based on attitude.

What other business would you support if they gave bad service? If you give good, consistent service, you don't even have to try to get a following. First off, all their tips are tax free. You think they actually report tips or even pay taxes for that matter? Second, let's just say for turds and giggles you give a 40 tip for, let's be real, about five minutes of finish time. That a rate of 480 / hr. Even more if the customer tips higher. 500 a day is not at all unreal. And yes I know some days are slower, but on the other hand some days are better. It is not at all hard for good talent to make a great living, some better than ours. So, if the talent gives poor service (and that includes letting the Mamasan dictate ripping off of time) , why let their life benefit from it. I for one say Nay.

This is a scale that I have always gone by (a given that TS / Massage / Attitude / Time paid for was Good) :

2 No finish (my choice)

4. 5 Standard NOVA finish.

5. 6 BJ.

6. 8 BBJ / BBJCIM.

10. 12 FS.

Disrobe and Nursing should be standard on all xtras IMO.

This is my general scale. Sometimes tip a little more if service is SPECTACULAR.

Poor Service (this assumes TS / Massage / Attitude was just satisfactory) :

Paying for 1 hour / getting 30 minutes. Minimum: minus. 2 to talent.

These are general rules and just my opinion. Unfortunately, the only way we can speak out is to tip talent less. Not always fair, but I can't be faulted if talent won't stand up for herself and tell Mamasan to be more professional.

I had some recent so-so to bad experiences that I was looking for a "new" place to visit. After reading some of the reports here, I decided to visit the castle, a place I drive by several times a week but never realized that it was there. The location was easy to find with plenty of parking which serves several businesses including the restaurant in same building. The doors are well marked so no worries about entering the wrong establlishment. A word of caution: after you climb the stairs and ring the bell, stand back as the door opens outward. MMS inadvertantly nearly sent me on a tumble that could have been serious. Rooms are spacious. I drew Candy / Kandy as my therapist today. She said that she had only been there a short time and was recently from NYC. Previous descriptions of her are accurate but I would say that she had a pretty face as well. TS was one of the best I've expereinced so far with hot water and a through cleaning. A well-maintained sauna after was a treat on a cold day. Back in the room, Candy offered a cold beverage which I declined. An excellent massage followed. She is quite strong and can adjust her technique to your desires. I got the full hour plus I think a little over. Very nice personality. MMS greeted me on the way out. I left quite satisfied and plan to return soon.

Decided to try the place out since a friend of mine went last week and said his experience was unlike yours. The young lady I saw was from the old Aroma, we recongnized one another. All I can say is that I actually had a good time. TS Above avg, Massage avg to above (depending on what you like) , Standard NOVA with lots of postiontion changes.
