I have say this place is immaculate, my only issue was the heavy LE presence in the area which may have just been something going on in the area but all in all the rub was good which was followed by a nice FS. The chicken or the egg conundrum. Do you tip well on the front end and hope that motivates her to return the favor, or does a low tip motivate her to make you happier next time?

In my opinion, what you have tipped her is pretty solid for a legit massage. 30% tip is high for no extras. You should not feel obligated to grease her any more until she earns it. Maybe I'm a glass half empty kind of guy, but I feel like providers think they are getting off easy by not having to earn that extra tip. If she's satisfied with what you tip her for legit massage, why should she risk doing anything extra?
