As mentioned before, I've had good luck with apple orchards so I decided to try my luck at one in NOVA. First time doing an AMP in NOVA (and only second AMP ever). Called for an appointment, after I said I had never been before I was told to just walk in.

Walked in and was shown to a room, waited for about 15 and Rose came in. Late 40's, average looking, but very cold."Massage? $80." then I was lead into another room, and asked if I wanted a TS. I said yes, since I had never had one before. Let me just say that if all TS experiences are like mine was, I don't think anyone would bother rating them because everyone would know they were terrible. All business.

Massage was extremely good. Back walking, lots of attention to my shoulders, neck and arms. 7/10. Tried to talk to her a little, to warm her up, but was met with short, brief responses (along with a few condescending laughs). She was loudly chewing gum the entire time, too, which was annoying.

Flip, standard NOVA finish. Minimum wandering allowed. .8 to MMS. 4 to Rose. I might try the location again, but definitely not this talent. Feeling a bit burned out / gipped, may spring to try again after this experience fades.

What other business would you support if they gave bad service? If you give good, consistent service, you don't even have to try to get a following. First off, all their tips are tax free. You think they actually report tips or even pay taxes for that matter? Second, let's just say for turds and giggles you give a 40 tip for, let's be real, about five minutes of finish time. That a rate of 480 / hr. Even more if the customer tips higher. 500 a day is not at all unreal. And yes I know some days are slower, but on the other hand some days are better. It is not at all hard for good talent to make a great living, some better than ours. So, if the talent gives poor service (and that includes letting the Mamasan dictate ripping off of time) , why let their life benefit from it. I for one say Nay.

This is a scale that I have always gone by (a given that TS / Massage / Attitude / Time paid for was Good) :

.2 No finish (my choice)

.4 .5 Standard NOVA finish.

.5 .6 BJ

.6 .8 BBJ / BBJCIM.

.10 .12 FS.

Disrobe and Nursing should be standard on all xtras IMO.

This is my general scale. Sometimes tip a little more if service is SPECTACULAR.

Poor Service (this assumes TS / Massage / Attitude was just satisfactory) :

Paying for 1 hour / getting 30 minutes. Minimum: minus .2 to talent.

These are general rules and just my opinion. Unfortunately, the only way we can speak out is to tip talent less. Not always fair, but I can't be faulted if talent won't stand up for herself and tell Mamasan to be more professional.

But I think more should be leaving $20 or less as TIPS until the MMS realize some of us want more. I love a massage started with the table shower on to firm muscle manipulation and then the tingling tickle.

But dude I do not want my grandma massaging me. I also do not want to be hussled and I DO NOT want to hear next time. I was always the fool who tipped because I did not want to lower the standard (did not try to raise the standard either) but after the 10th time I heard "Better next time" or "more time next time" I responded "TIP NEXT TIME" and since then I did not feel bad about tiping as to what I feel the service is worth. You who want a massage from my grandma I will dig her up for you but I need a bit more variety and an infusion of youth.

Stop blaming those who are disappointed and start pointing fingers are the providers and houses themselves. Many might tip more should they leave satisfied, I have no ofter.

The MMS doesn't care what we tip, only that we pay for the house fee up front. The MMS and girls that work there have different perspectives.

The economic situation is that if the girls don't make money in NOVA they just leave for greener pastures. At least the young and pretty ones that give good service, and are able to make money, leaving us with a older ladies that have worse service remaining.

The reality is that most ladies in this business aren't really tied down to a specific area. If business is better in NY, Jersey, Georgia, or LA; they'll go there. Word gets around between girls how much money there is to be made in different areas. Its a risk / benefit equation where they decide to work. The good girls always have the upper hand over the MMS.

But I really didn't want to start a conversation about tipping. And in earnest it was originally me who was blaming the girl for poor performance relative to tipping. And again, tipping based on overall performance is important, bad service should equal a tip that is representative of that.

But at the same time, tipping the girl poorly is not a great way for you to get your point across to the MMS. It just means girls will got elsewhere. If it means that 'grandma' with poor service leave, I have no problem with that, but hopefully people are tipping properly when service is actually good (regardless if its a nova finish or not)

Hit up the new spot in herndon. Nice location in office park. Easy to get to. Two door setup for discretion. Providers answer the door. They are new. 1 week so far. Only 2 ladies working there now. Angie and another. Both are decent looking. Most here will like. Shower was nice and through. I was going to be happy. Sauna is ok but has a window to the outside? Very weird. Massage was ok. I thought, that folks around here that would know where I was referring to (and I was available for PM). But also, being that everything I had to say wasn't completely positive, I thought a little discretion would be considerate.

As far as tipping, as I've said, I feel I tip better than most here. My thoughts on this, and what I usually tip, are on this thread if you search for it. As far as 'flashing cash', I haven't. But if you must know I tipped $80 for a nova finish up front, but she grabbed an extra $20 out of my wallet, much to my dismay, then asked for more tip afterwards.

Since this has been discussed in thread before, I don't think fair of what is considered 'standard' in tip in Nova. We have to understand that tip is pretty much all the girls make. And, yes, there are bad tippers galore in this area, which is why girls end up asking for money up front (and not just girls from NY). However, in the same vein, good service equals good tipping; even for a nova finish. And I sure hope that folks here have that level of respect for the girls.

Hell, don't be afraid to say NO. They tell us NO! Yank your wallet away from her. And tell her striaght up, you know whats up for One hundred bones.
