Is it just me, or are others seeing more appreciation from providers for our business? Specifically, I am seeing more gratitude for a standard. 40 tip for a standard HR than I have in a long time. A few years ago there was always a lot of pressure to leave. 60 or more. Especially if skin was bared and roaming allowed. Now it seems they are happy I didn't stop at. 20.

Anyone else seeing this impact of the Great Recession?
