First off, I stand by every word in my previous comment. Since SE was outed, a number of members have made cracks about it and continue to use his actual name. I thought it was wrong to out him and I think it's still wrong how some continue to gloat about it.

This is exactly why I don't post reports here anymore. The arrogant asshole attitude that you will get from the likes of Chriseff and Davey1965. Say anything they don't like and they jump all over you. Nazis, shutting down any opinion they disagree with.

That there have been a lot of bad things going on in the K area the past few months, which have clearly put a damper on the level of action-not only on the street, but also on this Board.

On the contrary, I have been very sucessful at finding great SWs the past two months. They are everywhere, and so are the mongers. I'm constantly seeing guys picking up girls, just like before the strangler. What has changed is that very few mongers (like me) are reporting. I'm not going to give the 'outers' ammo to identify me by posting details of my finds here anymore. This is how Dark Phoenix, and now his fan club SS have stifled open and helpful reporting on this forum. It just isn't worth the risk no matter how hard they try to justify it. You can see the hateful attitude in their posts.

Chriseff has to say that there are fewer reports due to weather, or a stragler that was arrested weeks ago, or sun spots. Otherwise he would have to face the fact. Outing SE damaged the forum.

Hit the K yesterday afternoon and saw about 15 SW's out from the northern to the southern end when I spotted IMHO one of the cutest girls I've seen on the K in awhile. Her name is Ria & she's 27 about 5'7 130lbs with some freckles & a few tattoos on her neck. Her style of dress is sorta like a skater chick with skinny jeans, high top sneakers, bomber jacket (red) with a scarf & skully hat. One of the reasons I stopped for Ria was because I thought she was Puerto Rican but she told me she was White which surprised me abit because of her complexions. She smelled great when she got into my car at the huntingdon station and she had some dreamy light brown eyes with a little bit of eyeliner. She told me she's been on the K for 2 months and she seemed like a very nice girl who I had a ball talking too. I took Ria to the carlyle where she agreed to BBBJ with pics & vid but didn't want me to post any pics because she's MARRIED. She says she really don't do FS but gives in once in a blue moon. The majority of my posts have been in the Lancaster and Reading sub-forums, that said, I work two evenings per week in Philly, and [prior to the severe problems on the "K"] often used info contained within the Philly forum to maximize my mongering [often from SE's thread]. This probably makes me a hated "out of towner", even though I was educated in the city, and have worked here for over thirty years.

Whilst SE's posts may have been "overly indulged" [point of conjecture], and while most of those viewing and commenting on his work may have been from out of the area, his "outing" has had a purely negative effect on the suburban and central PA threads. Prior to mid-December '10, a stale post in Philly was one more than 5 hours old. There are now lapses in excess of 36-hours between posts in what was once a very active forum. Likewise, the suburban and central PA forum members would often go to the Philly threads first, then migrate back to their locale. Now, a fresh post is one which is less than a month old.

My question: Was the outing of SE worth it? , and if so, why / how?

Hell no, anyone with a brain and without an ax to grind realizes it was the dumbest and worst decision made. This forum lost it's brightest light and is a dim dark place without its star contributor!

Wall st, govt, banks, schools, published and television news, the military, the church, republicans and democrats, and any other major instituition I left out all operate quite productively with major corruption issues. It is true that between the winter and the strangler both the K and the threads would be expected to slow down. However, SE posted about half of the activity on the Philly thread. For many, that's a great thing. For others like myself I enjoyed reading his posts and looked pasted the unwanted pics and exagerations.

As far as threats, that is not what I meant and I apologize if that's how it came out. I meant it as a warning to posters like myself who aren't part of the old guard that what happened to SE could happen to us as well. Once you've witnessed a lynching you're never quite the same.

You've answered my question, although in an indirect manner. I've seen references noting the fact that some members are "esteemed","honorable", and even "well respected". The "nobody" comment regarding the continuation of commentary / investigation of facts, and the statement insinuating that persons from other areas of the region essentially have "no life" all lead to the conclusion that if one is not a member of, or in somewhat total agreement with what appears to be a clique, to stay the hell out of the Philly forum.

Revealing a fellow monger's true identity should never have happened. Unfortunately, it even went further than that. One poster even tried to accuse SE of being the Strangler. That is the level of hate and jealously that existed and still exists regarding SE. And don't kid yourself it could happen to others as well.

If anything is BS, it's your response. An out-of-town poster wanted to postulate that the "outing" thing which happened on this board a few months ago was somehow responsible for the demise of mongering and activity on the thread in his area.

So. The "outing" of a certain magnet of extreme controversy has in effect brought the entire website to a crawl in your esteemed opinion. And you want to know if "it was worth it"?

First of all, I'd love to have some of whatever you are on-as my reality sucks right now.

Secondly-if there has been a slowdown, it is the result of reality as the rest of us know it. It has been an unusually cold and cruel Winter made more chaotic on the streets of Kensington by the long-running Strangler situation. The SW population has been thinned down quite a bit in the process.

There has also been an enhanced Police presence, leading to many girls being harassed and many mongers being scared away-not to mention some being entrapped by U LEO stings. So, if there is not much going on, well, then we haven't a lot to write about.

Lastly-nobody on here can speak for the suburban and Central PA threads-of what value are posts on these boards unless they constitute SW reviews and Intel. Apparently Gary the Limp One and his porn collection and fantasy writings were such a center of worship on those Boards, that they now have little to live for or discuss.

To answer your question-it was so worth it that it was priceless. It is as if a great era of peace and harmony has come upon the Philly boards, and we can all sit back and bask in the glow of those whose contributions we all value, such as Davey and Cooky.

I for one agree that the absence of SE on the board has been felt by many for sometime. He brought something to the board that has not been seen here since. I don't live in Philly but have traveled there several times so some might consider me an outsider but SE helped me on my trips to Philly with advice and info something other guys wouldn't do. He posted regularly with pictures the guy was a pussy hound and everyone knew it. He never treated me as an outsider he was a good guy in my book.

To the haters I hope it was worth it too.

Cruised the K walk tonight around 7pm after work. I was just window shopping as I didn't feel the need to stop on a Friday night with a fair number of LE about. I wish I had brought funds in preparation for a change of heart, however, as there were plenty of SW's about, especially in the south end near cambria.

There was a strange sighting, I feel worth mentioning. Driving past DD near Luzerne I saw what appeared to be a promising WSW smoking a cigarette, separated from the bus stop group a bit. I was so fixated on her I didn't notice the LE car across the street on the side walk OR the LE comm truck just next to her (prolly a good thing I wasn't actively mongering). The strange part was when the LE car sounded its siren for a moment she through her smoke to the ground and immediately got in a box truck which had been parked behind her the entire time with its lights off. The truck then drove off with her. If this is some sort of sting, I hate to say it, but perhaps the gent deserves to be caught with all the heat clearly around. But that's just my opinion.
