Was out on Nebraska last night, was there about 20-30 minutes and got pulled over by HC Leo, I was pulled over for a basic traffic item, then was proceeded to be grilled what I was doing out there, then I had a complete search of my vehicle. They were polite but to the point. Be careful out there, I Hi tailed it out of there, don't think I will return.

On Nebraska Ave. This very morning I saw 2 gals, Southbound girl was very cute, young, long hair, cute face, thin too. No time too scoop and I'm not 100% sure she was working. The north going girl was a WSW no doubt. Shorter hair, thin, but not as young as the other girl. She had been punched in the face in the last week or so judging from her shiner. I could have snapped her up but I was more interested in the other girl and with traffic what it was I just moved on. No pics of these too, I'm just a slacker today.

About 20 some years ago I picked up an Asian SW in Philly off of Kensington Avenue, we did the nasty and I drove her back to her drop off. As she was getting out a beer can fell out of my truck and a nearby cop just looked at me and said something like "I hope you're being careful, you could get aids".

I didn't say a word.

Yup the good old days. I've only picked up two Asians in my life, both off of the K.

And, when I was a kid (back in the late 70's) my bud and I used to drive through N Philly (black neighborhood) , find a nice looking girl and offer her $20, some weed and whatever to do us both in the back of the van. Hell we even went solo sometimes (not very smart though). Scored just about every time.

You are required to identify yourself. You are NOT required to answer any other questions, nor are you required to allow a search of your vehicle. Be polite but firm. They will often threaten, and sometimes break the law themselves, but they are not allowed to search your car without probable cause. In some jurisdictions driving by a 'known dope house' is enough, but not usually. Just depends on how much the cop wants to harass you. I suspect he attempted to intimidate and got you to agree to a search of your car, one you did not agree two. I've been pulled over twice (not in Tampa) and both times produced my I'd and when the cop asked me what I was doing I said something like,"I respectfully decline to answer any questions". One of them stood there for a while, shined his penlight in my eyes, and gave me a lecture on STDs, then sent me on my way, the other just let me go. When cruising, make sure you car is legal (lights, registration, etc, all up to date) , and signal all your turns, make full stops, etc.. Don't give 'them an excuse.

Thanks for the heads up on this, have been cruising that area lately and don't need the hassle. Did see a LSW near the Nephi apartments, but wasn't my type so didn't partake. As far as "walk-in" service at Nephi, do you guys drive into the parking lot itself or just cruise by the front on 140? Looked like the apts were all boarded up with inspection notices on them. Beautiful neighborhood.

Yesterday just after my last report, she has lost a little weight! I was looking for something new. I never found it. Cece, is now a sign holder, begging on Hillsborough and Nebraska. I'm not sure what her sign said.

Citgo 3 was from today, thin blonde with glasses. She might be a keeper but I did not go back for a closer view.

Citgo 3 looks like 1 I saw walking south from 140th late Thursday. I remember the sleeves over the hands while she was checking her cell. Cute face, was worth a second look but I tried 140 first and she was gone by the time I got back around.
