I'm not sure what happened with you, but she had a perfect opportunity to rip me off, and didn't. She showed me that she can be trusted, at least that time. There is always the possibility that any girl in her situation might at some point do something that she ordinarily wouldn't, but I haven't seen it from her. That is not saying that it couldn't happen. It's also possible that Jackii had nothing to do with what happened. However, I don't put myself in a position where I could be robbed at knife point in someone else's house. I try to make sure that I'm in secure surroundings. Glad you were able to get out with just a few dollars missing. Where was this house? I know two houses where she hangs out.

Returned from a business trip early Friday evening and scouted the W / W and B / CB loops before heading home. Passed on one hag in pigtown and one on Brunswick.

End of second loop in B / CB found two possible WSW at Pontiac and 2nd, one looked OK the other looked very good. Decided to loop around to check out the neighborhood and found 2 more possible WSW, also on 2nd. It seemed odd to find no decent SW after an hour of cruising and then all of the sudden there were 4 decent WSW within 2 blocks of each other on 2nd. When I returned to that corner there were about 4 men hanging by the good looking girl so I kept moving. A few minutes later the men were gone so I pulled over about half block away. The good looking girl followed and motioned me to roll down the passenger window. Her face and hair looked good up close. She didn't get in. She just said "are you dating?" I said nothing and just drove away.

I may have missed a golden opportunity, but it just didn't feel right. Five minutes later all four girls were gone. Didn't see anyone pulled over.

Left the streets unsatisfied. Finished the evening at an AMP.

I have seen LEO set up stings right where you were cruising. 2nd and Pontiac / Patapsco. Also, in CB on Fairhaven near Patasco, probably the neighbors or that restaurant on the corner called LE and complained. Once a few years ago I saw a sting at the Aldi's on Washington Blvd near Patapsco. The two ULE decoys were standing in front of Aldi's, while their backup, a Hispanic male, stood across Washington Blvd at the bus stop. They would direct the guys into Aldi's parking lot, then an unmarked "knocker" looking car would come down Washington Blvd from the Morrell Park direction and grab the unlucky monger. One LEO would drive the monger's car away, while the other LEO took the guy in the unmarked car. In the 15 minutes I was inside shopping, they grabbed four or five guys. If you follow the basic rules of mongering, or just trust your instincts like Horsetrader did, you can avoid these situations.

This is the second Kelly to whom a red flag should be attached, but this one due to an acute issue, but equally deserving of attention.

This Kelly is white, hangs around the lower part of Ramsey between Mount and S. Carey. Blond and can look attractive at times from a distance. She is about 28, 5-6, 150 lb, long hair which is often pulled up. Great legs from a distance, but large scars and marks of stutures.

In the past that area has been hit or miss; sometimes it's active and when it is the cops generally shut it down when neighbors start complaining. Some of the side streets, while difficult to navigate an easy loop are sometimes fruitful as they offer some amount of cover or privacy. I have seen SWs just off of Dundalk Ave on the perpendicular streets and never more than a block at the most off of D-Ave.
