Hey there my fellow Philly mongers,

I was in your fair city Wed, but struck out. I left w / o any action but did want to pass along a ULE vehicle. There was a male & female cop. The female cop had just cuffed a gal (not sure if she was a SW or not) & put her in the silver van (it was a Chrysler like mini-van).

I must have hit the stroll at the wrong time, I know pickings had been slim but I usually end up finding something to my likings, but not on Wed! Anyways, beware of this ULE mini van! Rook.

Only had one night in town. So I checked out the K. Just a few mark LE out both on foot and in cars. There was a few girls out but I was afraid to make the pickup then the perfect chance came so I pickup Cara she was cute and had a very upbeat personality. She was Italian and everything was on the menu took her back to my room and I only tried a couple of her talents. She did not rush and she stayed upbeat. I really enjoyed her. She said she did not do any drugs but I lean to believe her but I been around a long time. I would see her when I come back to town. She gave me her digits.

Drop her off at home on Pike. Most the reports on this board said that it is very slim pickings now. You guys live in Disneyland.

The DD usually mentioned is the one at Erie / Torresdale. Depends on the girl whether inside or out, many of the girls walking by will stop in to grab a drink, restroom or something there. As for the 7-11, they don't let girls hang out in there but alot as customers all day long. Before LE presence became so strong there, it was just a good place to park and watch the activity.

Is there another DD I don't know about? I thought it was the DD at Kensington and Erie Ave.

Maybe you can help me with something. I keep hearing about girls on Torresdale. Where? What section of Torresdale? I have never seen one single girl on Torresdale. Is it a nighttime / daytime thing? Maybe I am searching during the wrong time of day.

I hit the K around 5 with the intent of hooking up with Heather whom I'd met the week before. Unfortunately, she cancelled on me at the last minute so I decided to do wome window shopping. I didn't see anyone on the north end but saw both Mindy and Holly further south but they were heading away from any street I could turn down. I continued south and saw 2 WSWs at Cambria. One was a tall brunette and I decided to circle around and make the pickup. I'm glad I did. Her name is Ashley and she's attractive, tall (5'9") , thin and 19. She was very pleasant to talk to and as a previous poster mentioned about another SW, you can tell she wasn't raised by a pack of wolves. We headed over to my spot and Ashley performed a wonderful BBBJ. After a brief rest she began with another BBBJ but I wanted to finish FS this time. That slim torso and long legs are a sight to behold. Unfortunately, Ashley doesn't keep a phone but I think she plans on hanging out near Cambria. Guys treat her well and enjoy.

I was able to hook up with Heather later in the evening and had a great time as expected. On my way home I saw a petite and cute brunette who I thought looked like SE's Rachel.

I had to turn around and see if that was her and ended up picking her up. I was spent so I really just wanted to see if I could get a number for a future meet. Again, she doesn't keep a phone but hopefully I'll get lucky and see her again some time. Anyway, I gave her something for her time which she was very appreciative of and dropped her back off.

I have not PM'd her. I did go out looking for her a few times. I think I saw her the other night but took an extra turn around the block for a double check and she was gone.

They made small talk from outside the car. She got in and they went maybe 2 blocks toward the DD and he got pulled over in the DD parking lot. One unmarked and one transit were there. I was thinking the same thing too about them putting a ULE girl in that much "danger" but I saw it with my own two eyes. I have decided to start going down and watching the ULE to see what I can figure out they are up to. With my JD and a few shop owner friends who would vouch for me I will be fine.

I don't know what all I will find but I will be sure to report it as soon as I can to you all. May bring the camera this time too.

Finally had a chance to read your posts. Great info, just shows not only do you not talk thru the window, but if LE is going to get this aggressive just to bust a John, best to keep your mouth shut as long as you can.

After getting stopped a few times over the years after just making the pick-up, I've made it a habit to never ever discuss services or pricing until I know (a) she def is not a cop and (be) nobody followed me after the pick-up and feel safe. If a girl gets in and questions what I want or money my answer is usually lets just small talk for a few blocks till I feel 100% comfortable with you. If we don't agree I won't waste your time and will take you right back. This usually goes well with the girls and if they insist then I let them out right then and there.

I've reported on some stings myself in the past and great to see someone else doing so as well.

Hey YeahItsMe. Definitely thanks for this. I am pretty positive this was a sting but what gives me pause is that the girl got in the car then got out after the sting. Normally, one would think that LE would not take that kind of risk to place a decoy under any possible danger.

Could you tell if the girl and guy made "small talk" outside of the car first? How much time past between the time the girl got in the car and the time LE swooped in? Did the car move at all?

The only time I ever saw a sting was a time when I went into DD. I got back into the car and saw a SW come up to a car to my left. She talked to the guy, through the window, for maybe 10 seconds and then LE swooped up behind the guy's car. That is about as close as I want to get to a sting.
