In the past that area has been hit or miss; sometimes it's active and when it is the cops generally shut it down when neighbors start complaining. Eventually it picks up again until LE gets a bunch of complaints again. Some of the side streets, while difficult to navigate an easy loop are sometimes fruitful as they offer some amount of cover or privacy. I have seen SWs just off of Dundalk Ave on the perpendicular streets and never more than a block at the most off of D-Ave.

You did the right thing. NEVER go to their spot and if they are trying to talk to you before they get in, that usually spells some kind of trouble. Oddly it didn't sound like LE trouble but it definitely smelled like a set up of some kind.

You made the smart move. There's enough gambling in this hobby that there's never a need to risk more than you have to.

My job has me out late in bad weather, on the Thursday before the super bowl I had ice check duty over in dundalk to my surprise (I have been working this area for 2 years always late) at 1 am I see 2 WSW mid 30's I pull into a side street. They want me to come to there apt, then a ride in the park but there not getting in the truck. All the bells start going off I tell them to have a great night and they start yelling at me asking why I pulled over if I didn't want to "talk business" I was rewarded 20 mins later with a BSW low 30's and a great BBBJ over in the ind prk 5'5" 130lb tight body said her name was anna and gave me digits (false) maybe my balls stunk or something. Returned from a business trip early Friday evening and scouted the W / W and B / CB loops before heading home. Passed on one hag in pigtown and one on Brunswick.

End of second loop in B / CB found two possible WSW at Pontiac and 2nd, one looked OK the other looked very good. Decided to loop around to check out the neighborhood and found 2 more possible WSW, also on 2nd. It seemed odd to find no decent SW after an hour of cruising and then all of the sudden there were 4 decent WSW within 2 blocks of each other on 2nd. When I returned to that corner there were about 4 men hanging by the good looking girl so I kept moving. A few minutes later the men were gone so I pulled over about half block away. The good looking girl followed and motioned me to roll down the passenger window. Her face and hair looked good up close. She didn't get in. She just said "are you dating?" I said nothing and just drove away.

I may have missed a golden opportunity, but it just didn't feel right. Five minutes later all four girls were gone. Didn't see anyone pulled over.

Left the streets unsatisfied. Finished the evening at an AMP.
