There was a small girl on the corner of K and Pike St. Saw one guy pick her up and then ULE swooped in to get him at DD. Poor bastard! The girl got back out and walked back toward pike and the car dealership and got into a white Dodge Charger unmarked with a guy and a girl and drove off. Don't know exatcly what is going on but thought I should tell everyone.

Hey YeahItsMe. Definitely thanks for this. I am pretty positive this was a sting but what gives me pause is that the girl got in the car then got out after the sting. Normally, one would think that LE would not take that kind of risk to place a decoy under any possible danger.

Could you tell if the girl and guy made "small talk" outside of the car first? How much time past between the time the girl got in the car and the time LE swooped in? Did the car move at all?

The only time I ever saw a sting was a time when I went into DD. I got back into the car and saw a SW come up to a car to my left. She talked to the guy, through the window, for maybe 10 seconds and then LE swooped up behind the guy's car. That is about as close as I want to get to a sting.

I was out there around 1 PM. Was making the turn onto Erie, towards the DD, and spotted a shapely redhead, with a red coat waving to me. Her name is Colleena, a MILF who I dated several years ago and recognized me. It may be her DS- somewhat of a nervous nelly who is extremely talkative. She's the type who will not automatically jump into a car. She is rarely out. Has regulars.

Hi Lanky. Unless you knew this girl previously, I believe you may have taken a serious risk by agreeing to anything through your window. Putting aside any common "rules of engagement," most SWs know that most men will not discuss anything with a SW through the window. Personally, if the girl either does not immediately get in the car or if she asked me to roll down my window, I move on to the next girl.

If I may give an example, my most recent date was perfect, but it started with a bit of anxious moments. I posted about it previously but to make a long story short, I waved a girl who I thought was a SW to my car. Instead of her going to the passenger door, she came to the driver door. I started to get a bit anxious that I may have made a big mistake. I made another gesture to get in the car and she came around to the other side and got in. We did a LE check and the rest is history.

Got the feeling she was working so I circled around to scope out the area then pulled into Buckius street. She followed down then once she got to the window I rolled it down. Now here is the strange part: I asked can I give you a ride and she responded "I'm dating" to which I told her let's just take a ride. She brought up the word date again so I. Declined and got the hell out of there. She either must have been new or a LE decoy.

Be safe out there. Never, never agree to any illegal services through the car window.

I left message on her voice mail and after about 30 mins somebody called my cell phone, I answered but seems like the other end is just listening until I hanged up. I called back the number but I got the anouncement "please the number and dial again". Scary, any idea? What you think happen? I was thinkin it's LEO and got my number when I left voice mail.

Sounds more like a sting operation. The girl gets in a mongers car, ULE pulls the car over, the girls walks AWAY? And gets into another car. A Dodge Charger. W a guy and a girl. The girl who walked was undercover bait in the sting. Then she gets into an unmarked car w two others. Kind of obvious she wasn't an SW.

Sounds like something the warrant detail would do. Were they driving dark colored suvs?

So I went down to K to see what I could find. Got there around 1030 and it was pretty dead. Saw one WSW up past DD near frankford but when I turned back around she was already picked up. Kept driving and decided DD was a good stop to make. While there I didn't even see one girl. I sat there for about 20 minutes and decided to move on.

I drove up and back a bit to see what I could see. There were at least 3 marked cars, and when I stopped for about 15 minutes I saw at least 3 ULE.

Found Kate who sometimes uses the name Kelly on the northern part of the stroll, a block off K. I like them petite and Kate is certainly that. She was all bundled up but I'm guessing she's probably about 5'3" and not much more than 100 pounds. This is a girl Street Steve first reported on in September. I made my way to Philly earlier this week and hit the K while it was still light out. Didn't see many girls out but ran into Katie who I first met in December and who went by Celly at that time. Here's Street Steve's picture from October.

Heather was looking good and it's apparent she takes a lot of pride in her appearance. She's also very talkative which isn't necessarily a bad thing but you should be prepared for it. I decided to try to make the best of it and asked if she knew a good place to go. We tried a couple of spots but I didn't feel comfortable and told her I would drop her back off. I offered something for her time but she wanted an unreasonable amount and I finally had to pull over and order her out of my car. She tried to make a scene and I thought it was going to get very uncomfortable but she finally got out and I drove away. That has only happened to me once before with Lauren when she was hurting. Picked her up on the south side as well. I've decided to be better prepared for that type of situation in the future. They have to have a reason for wanting to leave other than me yelling at them.

Overall I obviously had a great time but it was really only luck that I ran into Katie and she hooked me up with Heather. I really didn't see anyone else out. I dropped by the DD and 7-11 but didn't see anyone. Are there any particular times that those places are good to scope out?
