The lawyer for a woman accused of prostitution at a Macon massage parlor is threatening to sue the city for $500, 000 or more.

Reza Sedghi says he's notified the city of the possible lawsuit claiming sexual assault and battery, illegal arrest, a civil rights violation and emotional distress.

His client Sun Ah Cho was arrested after a March 3 raid at the Tokyo Spa on Riverside Drive.

He says she performed oral sex on an undercover officer for $80. Once she realized he was a police officer, according to Sedghi, she saved his condom, which contained semen, and froze it. Sedghi wrote that the officer's DNA has been identified in the semen.

But Sedghi says the police officer is still working the streets.

"Even though the Macon Police Department and the City of Macon are aware of the facts and the officer's actions in this case, they have failed to take any disciplinary action against the officer," his notice to the city says."They have continued to allow him to exercise his power and authority as a police officer over citizens in the community."

Last month, Macon police said they have no written policy on those massage parlor raids, but that officers aren't supposed to engage in sex acts there.

Otherwise, a relatively "safe" bet is Holistic in Revere. Sauna, steam, table shower, and 1 hr massage for a Benjamin plus a 40 dollar tip when you leave happy. It is on the more therapeutic side and more of a spa experience rather than sensual but you won't get a 40-50 year old Chinese lady either. I've only seen Koreans in their 20s and 30s.

This place sounds pretty good, a little pricey, but good. Does anyone else have feedback on this AMP? I don't want to shell out $140 at an AMP without some good intel.

Attorney General Martha Coakley and other local law enforcement authorities are backing a bill filed yesterday in the Legislature that would make human trafficking a crime in the Commonwealth, seeking to follow 46 other states that already have such laws.

'This has been a huge problem, facilitated by technology and websites, ' Coakley said at a press conference yesterday at her Boston office. She was flanked by at least a dozen district attorneys, police chiefs, and legislators who support the measure.

'It has been under the radar, ' Coakley said of the issue, 'but it's time to shine a spotlight on this crime. '

Coakley said hundreds of thousands of young girls, and occasionally boys, from other countries and the United States are forced into prostitution and labor each year. Human trafficking is considered the second largest illegal industry, after the drug trade, and the fastest growing in the world, Coakley said.

If the bill becomes law, a conviction for trafficking for sexual servitude would be punishable by up to 20 years in prison, while trafficking for forced labor would be punishable by up to 15 years. It would impose higher penalties for those who exploit anyone under 18 and for people who pay for sex. The bill would also create a task force within the attorney general's office to study human trafficking.

The task force would track the number of cases annually in the Commonwealth. While authorities say there are hundreds of cases each year, no single agency is in charge of keeping statistics, and police departments and district attorneys do not use standardized criteria.

'It's problematic to track, because it takes some cooperation on the part of the person who is subjected, and they often are not willing to cooperate, ' said Jake Wark, spokesman for Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F. Conley.

Audrey Porter — an assistant director at the My Life My Choice Project, a Boston-based agency focused on preventing the exploitation of girls — talked about her own experiences during the news conference, saying she was subjected to rape and beatings. She said she is a survivor of the commercial sex industry.

'When I was out there, I was visible, and the police did know who I was, ' Porter said. 'With the Internet. . . They [prostitutes] are put in hotels, and there is no way for anyone to find them. '

State Senator Mark C. Montigny, a New Bedford Democrat and a lead sponsor of the bill, called human trafficking 'modern day slavery, nothing less. ' He said cases span from the wealthy suburbs to the inner city.

'One of the victims said to us, 'It is actually a fate worse than death, because we have our spirit completely destroyed and then we have to go out and do it the next day, ' ' Montigny said.

Conley said his office works to provide support services for youths drawn into prostitution and prosecutes those who force them into the sex trade or who buy sex from young girls.

He cited the case of an Avon man convicted in 2007 of inducing a minor into prostitution and deriving support from prostitution. The man, Ryan Duntin, served three years in prison and is currently on probation.

'Had this bill been in effect when Ryan Duntin was before the court, it would have covered the 16-year-old girl he was trafficking, ' Conley said.

The current law for sex for a fee with a child applies to victims 14 and under, whereas the proposed law would increase the age to 18, Conley said. If the proposed bill were law in 2007, prosecutors could have charged Duntin with human trafficking for sexual servitude.

The bill now goes to a legislative committee for consideration.

Massage parlor raid details released (Macon, GA)

Macon police reports released this week shed more light on the massage parlor raid that triggered controversy after allegations surfaced that a police officer had participated in a sex act with a worker there.

The records were released in response to an Open Records Act request that The Telegraph filed after Sun Ah Cho. 29, pleaded guilty to giving a massage in a place of prostitution, thereby closing the case.

Here's what happened, according to reports in the case file:

An undercover police officer entered Tokyo Health Spa. 2790 Riverside Drive, about 11:40 pm on March 3, 2010, and paid $40 for a 30-minute massage. Police targeted the spa because they had received of a complaint of prostitution.

The officer was led to a room and instructed to undress before Cho started massaging his legs and back. After several minutes, Cho told the officer to turn over onto his back, and she started rubbing his inner thighs, brushing against his genitals.

Cho then asked if he wanted 'hand, face or body' and the officer responded that he wanted 'face. ' She said the charge would be $80, and she put a condom in her mouth.

As the officer waited for Cho to ask for the money, she immediately grabbed him. The officer climaxed as soon as Cho started performing the sex act.

Police officials have maintained that the officer acted appropriately, although officers are not supposed to engage in sex-related activity while undercover.

Chief Mike Burns said the officer immediately told his supervisor what had happened.

'The situation was investigated, ' Burns said.

Cho's lawyer, Reza Sedghi, said it's not fair that Cho was charged with a crime and the officer wasn't, although the officer participated in the sex act.

'He paid for prostitution and has never been charged, ' Sedghi said. 'If it was any other person (other than an officer) , that person would be charged with soliciting prostitution.

'That's just inherently wrong. '

The newly released police reports also mention a male patron and a second female employee who were at the spa during the raid. Neither one was arrested.

Police say there was no evidence to charge the patron with a crime, and the second employee wasn't in the room when the sex act was solicited.

Earlier this month, Cho was ordered to pay a $1, 000 fine, serve a year on probation and stay out of Bibb County after pleading guilty to giving a massage in a place of prostitution. In exchange for her guilty plea, additional charges of prostitution and solicitation of sodomy were dropped.

Cho, who now lives in California, filed notice in April that she planned to file a $500, 000 lawsuit against the city of Macon, alleging illegal arrest, sexual assault and battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Sedghi has said he doesn't think Cho will now pursue the civil action against the city.

I wrote about all these busts lately, we all know LE reads this, and probably are sneaky enough to be senior members. But anyway these girls have to reflect some discipline on their HE's. We all know some just are there to throw you a HJ try to charge 60 for it and get you out of there. Greed, the more HJ the more money. They make it easy for LE. Ihave a friend that is very good at both nice massage nice ending but also greedy, she will get popped one day. Hope I am not on the table, or Ihope at least finishes so I don't have to beat one out in the back of the cop car. LOL we all love the best massage and the best ending, these girls got to learn if they want to be in business,

Be smart and let the customer do the asking, though I do enjoy when they just go to it.

I read this forum, alot of people say be quiet on who what we do and where. Well also these girls have to be smarter. This is their livelyhood, they can't just offer HE's to everyone. They have to get to know customers, granted I have an old reliable as I call her (though not old late thirties nice bod always attentitive) but she is greedy, and one day will end up in cuffs. I warn her. She is nice, and Idon't want that to happen, but greed gets us all. Iam just saying these girls have to make damn sure tthe customer is asking, and not be so stupid as to propose. Although I like when they just do it no asking, your getting it wheather you like it or not. Andthey should start reading newspapers in their area would help.

It would likely be a FS place in an apt.

Thanks to a pm I got today informing me that the post I posted the other day (

) is indeed our Angel from Angel & Amy. After reading the pm I made an appointment and headed right over. Whem I arrived I di not like what I saw. It was a nail salon with people inside. So I walked in said Hi to the lady at the desk and asked for Angel. She called out and out she came. She was as happy to see me as I was to see her. We went into the massage room and talked for a couple of minutes before we started. I found the she did gp back to China for 3 months (feels longer) to take care of her mom. Now she is working here only for a short time until she finds her own place. I asked about Amy and all she would she is that she is working in the area but she would not say where. Now all I will say about the session is that it was just like old times except that she was making a giant effort not to make any noise. I don't blame her. The wall on both sides stop about a foot from the ceiling. Not to mention the other workers do not know the deal. While I was in the 1 massage room that they have which is at the very front of the store I could hear everything that everyone was saying. So if your going be ready to see people and to de discrete. After I became happy we had 20 minutes left and she continued the massage until the end. Same price as before. On the way out I said goodbye to the lady having her hair done & the 3 other workers 1 asain woman. 1 asain man, & 1 white woman that gave me a dirty look.

Also when she get her new place she is going to try to get Amy to work with her again.
