As for the three Rachel's pictured. Rachel (aka Kylie) from a report from another monger who has stayed in touch with her is apparently doing pretty good and back home. Little Italian Rachel has been clean for about 3 years now I believe. Last I saw her she was back to school and then pregnant. She was still seeing some regulars during going to school (and off drugs) for extra money, but once she got pregnant she dissapeared (changed number etc). And the last Rachel (aka Sabrina) is back on the streets. Have seen many sightings of her recently walking between her pimps house and the Bull dealer.

Old York Road is not a substitute for Kensington Avenue. It does not even come close. However, if you are passing-by anyway, you may as well take a look.
