As some of you have mentioned, this sicko out there has had a major impact on the dynamics of the Ave. The fear this has caused will keep many of the regular girls away after dark and will probably prevent any new ones (always something to look forward to meeting) from stopping by. I hear others say, and I agree, that trips down there are not a good idea while this is going on. Way to much undercover LE as well as numerous busts (80? Wow, there must be hundreds of us out there). Know this is hardest on the girls as they have this new threat as well as a likely slowdown in business. Only good here is perhaps it will motivate some of them to finally get out of this lifestyle.

I passed by the memorial down at Jasper and Cumberland last week. Really sad. Was glad to see that she had people who cared enough for her to take the time to do that. Sometimes they seem so alone. If anyone knows of a fund set up for these girls and their families, please post it here. Thanks, TT

I know she gets great reviews but I have broken every safety rule up to this point and I am not going to break any more. Board members are always reminding us NOT to trust any of these girls as even the best can turn on you!

At this point I just want out and I tell her so, at which point she becomes very apologetic, but does not offer to cancel her 'new' appointment. I let her keep the $ and head down the stairs, out into the street, into my car and drive away with less cash but to relative safety.

I'm interested as to what the other board members think? Did I bolt too soon? Did I miss a great opportunity? Is this a 'new' Aundrea that the street has finally taken and she is more interested in her drug connection than her client! Your thoughts? [/QUOTE.

I think your biggest mistake was paying her first. She immediately went for her fix rather than taking care of business. I don't think you were in danger, but you were vulnerable. A drug dealer isn't necessarily out to rob you you. Kill someone out to steal his drugs, yes.

Got to keep to the rules. I rarely car date as I like more time. I always (after many learning experiences,) get a room. Your are more certain of your privacy.

No harm in bailing out of your situation. I know I can't perform if I'm not comfortable. By the way, IMHO, the girls are always more interested in their drug connection than their client. Once they have the money their job is done.

In my humble opinion you didn't think the situation though. If this was a day time date, the chance that anyone would do you any harm was highly unlikely.

The last several weeks it has felt like a police convention. I saw the same cops so many times up and down the K that I started to feel like I should be waving to them or something. I will still do a fly by each day but no lingering.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing.

I heard on KYW soundbites from the press conference by Ramsey the other day. Supposedly they have done 300+ ped and vehicle stops in the area, are using plain clothes officers and undercovers, arrested 80+ guys for solicitiation and also arrested some SWs for warrants. Probably is a good idea to stay away, especially at night.

I have been in this exact situation on a number of occasions. When I did not know any better, I let the SW get doped up before the date and I felt like I was nailing a pin cushion. She was lifeless and numb. Granted, I still got my nut but it was not the same.

I believe RRichards did exactly the right thing; get out of that situation before it is too late. You never know how that situation may play out. For all he knew, once she got high, she may have forgotten all about him and either left or did the drug dealer instead. No one knows. Get out when you no longer feel safe.

Hit the ave from Harrisburg yesterday at 7pm and found- nothing It was completely (almost) deserted. I saw 1 or 2 girls out-total. I did see two TV vans doing live reports and a large LE presence which probably didn't help. Hope this is not a trend.

Just have a few minutes for a quick report. Picked up Gwen (recently reported on by Street Steve with lots of photos) by the CVS at Alleganey and K. Nice personality, very pleasant yet professional except WAY too much perfume. As cold as it was last night, I drove home with the windows open to air the car out. Thought I was going to have to resort to a cigar!

Gwen gave an extremely active and good BJ with lots of slurping and playing with the boys. Top notch! Claims she usually works by phone but lost it. You did the right thing to leave immediately. The guy coming into the building could of robbed you. These SW's really don't care about you or themselves. They only care about that next high. I have been in your situation before and did the same thing. You can always replace money but you can't replace your life. Stay safe.

I have picked Roxane up twice the second time by mistake. Both times were bad. CJ has a picture posted of the Roxane I picked up. The last time was probably 3 years ago. She is ok to talk to but really lets you know that she doesn't like what she does and is pretty miserable. Nuff said!

As far as Aundrea goes, haven't dated her but that is standard practice at that house. I kind of thought they had a spot inside the house that they hid money. In the aftrnoon / evenings the pimp is usually not too far away. He's usually in the car on the street or off driving another girl around. I'm guess from what has been said about her the pimp just wanted the money. She doesn't seem like the type to set up a drug buy with a client around. You have to realize that most girls are not in a rush to get started, but in a rush to finish. You probably missed out, but if you are uncormfortable, you can try going to a motel. It will probably cost you more but you will have more control. That place can be a litte creapy.
