As another reported, this is a new place behind a used car lot. They sure don't seem to be trying to remain under the radar with the huge MASSAGE banner and two neonish signs in the windows.

.60 is pretty standard for Indianapolis AMPs. Most of the times I tried to pay less than that, they wanted more. Where were you living before where. 20 was standard? It may be higher here because the arrest risk may be higher here. So the extra charge is for the extra risk. That's just a guess, though.
