Went on a mini-tour of the Devon / Cali area last night, and here's what ended up happening:

The discreet spot over on Peterson was action packed with folks being turned away. Apparently, it pays to call ahead, so I made not of their number as it's different than the one listed on Google. (I'll share, BTW.) Drove past Claudia's which was shut down for the night, and Yang's which was shut down for good. Almost gave up when I decided to give Devon a try. A little pricey ($) , but I was well taken care of. Friendly, flirty girl who was stacked to say the least.

One question for you guys. When they start asking about other spots you frequent, how much do you share?

Would explain why an ATF for us long time mongers moved to another spa and suddenly wanted more $$$ for the same acts. Hell, I was about to tell her I'm not trying to fund that kid of hers continued college education but alas I will join her at her new place.

I am pretty sure I know what ATF you are talking about. She and I have discussed the situation in detail and she realizes the heat is on and her days in the business are numbered. It isn't worth the risk to make $30 on a HJ anymore. And "new customers" at a new location mean new risks.

Make no doubt about it. The City of Chicago is making a quiet effort to close all extra-service spas. They are methodically closing them all. They are not necessarily closing them with prostitution stings, because it is easier to close them with license violations.

It would seem to me that the reoccurring hearings are simply a stalling tactic. A place gets busted and the "owner" delays, delays & delays until the hearing officer gives up and closes them down. You will notice that while Elegant kept showing up over and over again, it was still the same case number referenced.

So. Once a place shows up on that list, it is getting closed. It is only a matter of time.

I knew things were getting serious when Gunnison showed up on the list. That place has been around FOREVER.

Also there are a lot of other spas on the list that have had hearings or have hearings coming up. It appears that Uncle LEO has been quietly working hard and shutting the press out. And even worse it appears Chicago maybe spa less for awhile. Looks like the apartment business is going to be on the rise.

Went to Massage Spa and Therapy on Peterson just East of Kimball. Never really noticed them before until the past few days. Kinda of a tricky setup. The entrance is is in the back of a lobby where other medical offices are located. I walked into a dentist office and asked if the Acupuncture office was here. The pointed me in the right direction, but could tell by the tone of their voice, they no what happens there.

Two on Korean ladies on duty, one in 40s not much to look at, the other CeeCee mid 30's with a nice rake and slim built. She said they are real, but later found out for myself they're store bought.

Paid. 70 for the hr with TS. Standard TS with attention to right spots. Not shy about cleaning you good. Massage was actually very good considering I prefer firm sports massage. Got the kinks out from the back really good. No teasing or roaming done. Flip I was not expecting anything by got standard HE for. 4. Able to sample her store bought gems with some persuasion. Nice and tasty. Overall a good experience, will consider repeat if around the area.

I went to the Therapy Spa a little east of kimball on peterson. Park in the back right by the medical offices. You will see the neon lights. Saw cici, Paid. 70 for the hr with TS. She didn't miss a spot. She is pretty talkative. Massage was very good. Very hard, specially in the lower back area. On the flip, she finished me off. Slight teasing during the massage. Made sure I was comfortable all the time. Tipped 5. Will repeat. Very low key. She said they like it like that.

Nice, clean facility located in an apt building. Safe neighborhood, easy parking. I opted for the 4 hand massage for $40. LOTS of oil. I mean Lots. They asked hard or soft, and I opted for hard. It was really just a lot of rubbing and sliding their hands all over me. I was naked on the table, and uncovered. My therapists were Daniella and Samantha. They talked to each other a lot in Spanish, while I laid there. Very friendly.

About 15 minutes on my back side, before the flip. 10 minutes of rubbing on the front side, before the options question. I chose wisely and all were satisfied with the outcome. I'd repeat if I was in the neighborhood. Samantha is in her mid 30s I suppose. Daniella is late 20s and a little heavier than I like, but she was very nice an attentive. Shower was offered, but I passed. She used a warm towel to wipe a lot of the oil off.
