Contacted jess. Arranged to meet with her in prov in her incall location. She asked me if I was a cop when I asked her if she had rubbers or if she wanted me to bring them. Then aggreed either way to meet with me. When I tried to call her about meeting her. She would pick up and say she was almost there. Almost there 30 min later. Almost there 15 min later. I have no idea how long it has been around for. I found it through a link for a provider. I only noticed the note at the bottom. I would think that if it wasn't a CL website they would have made sure the wording was taken off at the bottom to keep them out of the crosshairs.

One issue I have is that there is not dating of the ad so you don't know when it was added. I have seen new ads for new girls pop up there (ex Alicia from RT only started escorting a week or two ago) so the ads seemingly aren't completely out of date.
