I went through there recently on a different mission and had to circle a couple times just the make sure they were really guys. I was cruising around last night and spotted a possible gem just off Market. Actually at 11th and Filbert. She was standing outside the fried chicken place and I thought I got the look as I drove by. I circled around and she was talking to someone in a car at the curb but she definitely made intentional, prolonged eye contact on my second pass. I made a third and she was gone. With the nice weather I decided on a mid-week trip to Philly. I arranged a date with Kristie whom I'd met last Sunday. Kristie is early 20's, has curly black hair and a tight smoking body. It is up to each individual dealer to decide how to bag up his shit. It depends on the area and what the market will bear. If a dealer is in an area where most of his customers can afford dime bags then that's how he will bag them. If there is a need for nickel bags then that's how they are bagged. You can get both, nickel or dime bags on Kensington Avenue, on just about any drug corner. An eight ball is a little harder to find, it's a specialty item on the streets, because rarely does the average avenue user have that much money. Beside, no dealer wants to get hung-up with that much in his pocket. (Most pimps purchase their stuff in this larger form and then break it down for their girls making them able to provide a little better quality (less cut) then what's on the street. Avenue girls with pimps are suppose to only make purchases from their pimps) But, I digress.

The "lowball," is when a monger take's a girl down a notch and gets more for less. Is that right?

First time this happened, picked up the girl, she claims that her girlfriend will let us use her room for about 10-20, instead of paying for a hotel room. She calls the "other girl", the other girl is uncomfortable meeting me, so the pick up wants the money to give the girl in exchange for the key. Per cell phone directions, we met another car in a semi-public location, girl gets out and suddenly jumps in the other car after a few minutes she returns to my car and we proceed as usual. I'm thinking that it could be a true scenario, but most likely a drug pickup with a cover story. This girl was decent, repeated date and I trust her. True to her word, we get to use a room and had a good time. An UTR girl, so no contact info available.

The next time this happened, a different girl takes off and doesn't return my calls. Oh well, she will never hear from me again as I deleted her number from my phone. A one time pick up, got her number for a second date when this occurred.

The last time this happened, with yet another girl, I was prepared for the possibility by leaving my car running and parked in a manner to give chase. Sure enough, the car attempts to scoot away. One thing in common with all of these "car meetings" is that they occurred about 8-9pm, apparently when the favored dealers stop selling for the day. The third tried to do as the second, but I foiled her plans.

Sure I guess, I did the not famous Dyan for 6.00 but remember she had the other 4.00 in her pocket. Stilll I am very much in favor of the 10.00 lowball. It is something both the SW's and We understand. Guys going down the K need a baseline amount. If they see a SW that was pictured here as Lowball SW then they know what angle they can work. It may mean that one of us may choose a proven Lowballer over a a SW they know nothing about. Everyone wins.

In the end I think it is great to report how much we pay these Women. If guys choose to pay a lot it is good to know, if a SW charges a lot that is very good to know. Guys like me will avoid her. Such info helped me close the deal with Jen-from reading about her here I knew She would not do a 20.00 car date. Thirty is the most I ever paid for a car date. I was looking for some time but didn't find the right one at the right time (LE, others around etc. Finally met with Nikki (5ft3 spinner approx 90lbs with black hair) at around 3am sun morning and we agreed to spend some time together. IMHO Street is the reigning King of low-balling on the stroll. I am merely his designated pic chronicler. This is his domain. I merely operate in his shadow and serve at his pleasure. My ego is not invested in this arena, and I respect his particular documented expertise in this on the stroll. Rook would be a solid second alternate.

I recently submitted a collage of SWs in the low-ball category. Lest there be any confusion among the mathematically challenged in reference to this category in my SW of the Year Contest, I offer the following re-clarification of exactly what I have previously stated that a low-ball SW is on the K, based on Street's original criteria: it is any date you have for 10 or less, with some leeway given for a few bonus loosies or a drink, etc. I defer to Street for any appropriate future adjustments to this definition, but "low-ball" refers to an absolute and not a relative target. Regardless what a girl "usually" gets (or says she gets, which is one of the great SW lies, a low-ball SW is one with a documented date at the target low-ball price of 10 (or below, with acceptable leeway, and a published pic.

I hope that clears the air on this matter. It is pretty simple and straight-forward, and doesn't require further muddying of the water. I may have promulgated this initial ruling as far as my contest is concerned, but Street is the final authority and arbiter of any disputes as to what SW is or isn't a "low-baller" in my contest, and in any further admissions to my official Low-Ballers Hall of Fame. If someone else wants to have his own set of definitions, proclaim himself the King of this domain, and reinvent low-ball math, then go for it. .

Cooky SuperE has this issue nailed tight. The fact that the Lowball has been popularized is a lot of his doing. I will only add that why 10.00 works so well on the street and as criteria.10.00 buys a bag of dope. Heroin or crack, or cocaine-sometimes referred to as "powder". This is so true that if you get a SW that will go as low as 6.00 it is only because she has the other 4.00 in her pocket.

Took a cruise down K last night just before midnight and no signs of life! The best I came up with was three LEOs at the 7-eleven. I was tempted to ask them for help, but decided that wasn't going to be a good move. Headed over the bridge to see how Broadway was doing. Big zero there too! Not even the spaced out girls.
