Unless your running a rotating door, it's not hard to stay organized and know and keep your engagements.

As far as potential men that creep you out, I screen and with clients that say or do something that makes me uncomfortable. I don't even book a session with them.

This saves us both the time and potential further risk.

I agree 100. I would say that 60-70% of the first time "dates" I make don't come to fruition. I never schedule a date when this is a chance of a conflict on a first time experience. I know I am not dealing with PHD's but come on. A text is all it takes to prevent a major waste of time.

Hitthat, I feel for you.

About 2 weeks ago I encountered a similar flaking situation in MSP.

Being teased along is never fun. And the time wasted waiting can never be recovered. This is my advice:

1. Do Not Call the Flaker / No show Anymore.

I will not be calling the No-Show anymore. Does not matter how good her reviews are / how good her service is. She had my phone number, she should have called back and offered an explanation.

2. Have a Strong Plan B.

Work with What if scenerio's. What if she does not show up? Do I watch Porn / hang around sulking / go out clubbing have a great time or have an incall provider lined up?

In my case: On the first sign of flaking, I developed a Plan B. Once the Flaker stopped texting / answering her phone, I called her phone and left a VM wishing her well. This made me come out clean. Then I found an incall girl who was available in a couple of hours. In the end the I had a wonderful time with the Plan B girl.

This hobby is risky, full of perils and time consuming. Learn to deal with the challenges and soon you will smile through all the hurdles.

Also, 80% of the time I have found that members who defend the Flakers / No Shows are themselves pimps or are involved in running girls themselves. Steer clear of their negative comments.

I was recommending you seek LTR with ladies in the game, who might understand your challenges (older, more mature with life experiences) not seek a girlfriend. As somebody here already pointed out, these BP ladies (at least the ones you have so far chosen) don't have that kind of acumen. And most likely, if not selling ass with help from the I-net, would instead be selling you burgers. With the same lack of business acumen.

I think we also have to separate the wheat from the chaff. Most ladies who advertise on BP are not true escorts. Many are streetwalkers who hedge their bets and do both. When I choose a $300-400 escort, my expectations are very high. When I choose $100-200 "escorts" my expectation are not as high from the business persepctive of being on time. Many of these ladies have so much drama in their lives, I don't expect as much.

Interesting thread. Some providers are more LTR oriented in terms of a business relationship. For example, katieluvsgfe really gets how to do it. She has cancelled on me a time or two, and I learned not to count on her for an early AM appointment. OTOH, she has managed to make me a return customer.

Not the same for some of these girls who blow off guys, offer unsafe appearing incall. Sometimes it takes them a while to figure the business part out so they get repeat customers. Those are the ones who are going to succeed at whatever they do. Unfortunately for us, they sometimes become high end providers (400+.

In the end, we are the customers and it is up to US to decide what we want. If we expect a provider to show up as promised and they don't, we can vote with our wallets. In an Obama-like "shellacking".

This comes from a provider who has never had to change her name for whatever reason, has always used her own photos, and believes in "Truth in Advertising".

I can understand the frustration that arises from planning a playdate, only to have things fall through without so much as even a call or text message to cancel or reschedule. Unless a situation makes it impossible to do so, it comes down to simple business sense and respect, of course. Whether a lady truly has something come up or simply gets "creeped out". It doesn't help her reputation to just blow someone off (no pun intended LOL.

From my end. What this does to a provider such as myself when another provider behaves this way. It hurts my livelihood, along with all of the "fakes", cash and dashes, etc. You gents have invested time, spent money only to be ripped off, are left disheartened after the anticipation of getting away for a planned encounter, and now you're left wondering if you should even try again. I'm sorry this happens. But that's why sites like this exist. So homework can be done, and you can take the chance of TOFTT if you choose, but remember, if you do YMMV.

This I can tell you. I've had some providers call and cancel for various reason, most of which I don't believe. However, they've called nonetheless. I've given them the benefit of the doubt, and many times the next time worked out. But, I pretty much swear off those who don't bother doing so unless they have incredible reviews by many folks.
