I bet the gov set their eyes on CL because it's in the news, CL has a lot more money (still owned by ebay?) so they were looking for some kind of settlement (cash), and CL had less reason to fight since it makes a lot of money in the non adult services. BP otoh is not in the news, porbably has a lot less money, and has no other revenue but for the adult ads. They will fight to survive.
