I have ten times the posts that you do, yet after reviewing your profile you are far more senior than I. In time and experience I would guess.

I bet the gov set their eyes on CL because it's in the news, CL has a lot more money (still owned by ebay?) so they were looking for some kind of settlement (cash), and CL had less reason to fight since it makes a lot of money in the non adult services.
