OK, we're talking about the same place but I've never seen a sign saying Jun Gung Barber Shop, nor would they ask someone if they wanted a haircut since their business license doesn't allow it. BTW, I just called them to ask if they offer haircuts and the woman said no.

I'm not sure what you mean nite, if they did not offer me a haircut then why would I say it, and what are the barber poles doing on the door. It's been a few months since I have been there so it's probably as Don Juan stated that "they used to offer haircuts", but now they are only a spa. What I would like to know now is, is there a Spa there, if so what's the name.

I know what they look like, just wasn't sure if Therapeutic had one or two. Looks like you've been to Kimchiland as well.

I use and have chosen to continue to use asterisks over names of establishments because I do not want to be the one who brings any heat on them by naming the places directly. The forum is public, anyone can just come by and read what's written here including spa owners, girls who works at spa's and le. I don't want to draw so much attention, make spa owners upset, become as easily recognized by writing details of my personal encounters by spa owners or girls, or scare girls away because they saw their names linked directly to a spa directly named either.

Most of us with can decipher what the names of the places are, whereas the random / casual observer would have to do some homework to understand. I don't see the problem, I only see where I am being a help.

We all love the hobby, we should take certain measures to protect it, and that includes the names of the woman or at least linking them directly as easily to the names of establishments.

If we are all having a blast, then we should look after our own assess as well as the girls to keep it that way. Trust me you guys would be really upset if the places and girls started to disappear or a place shut down, it's happened before. Some of the places we are mentioning are perfectly legit. In either event totally legit or not the girls provide a service which is a necessity for many, mostly lonely men who would probably end up going postal on the community because they have become frustrated etc. I've stated before the woman do more good than harm, probably more good than your local congressmen. They keep "lonely men" comfortable and keep them away from the likelihood of preying on woman in public (daughters, mothers, *innocent* people etc). No disrespect to you especially Nite, you are the coolest out of the bunch in my opinion but if other people get on me too much for it then I can just as easily disappear myself.

Yeah, it can happen at any AMP. But most often happens at one of these AMP's that are out far in the suburbs - particular in on the north-side i.e. Chalet in Chamblee & Evergreen in Roswell. I can't understand why these girls think they can charge more than the girls in Buckhead and be rude on top of it. I am sure the % they pay to the spa and their handler can't be much more than in other places. I remember up until late 2006 a hobbyist could ride down to Sun Spa in Clayton with a coupon from Creative Loafing and then get in the door for .3 and get FS for .9 or $ with some negotiating.

Your right about timing. I posted a review on T*R but it never got posted. I made a short review on yellowpages.com at the time. I went back to view it recently and another review was posted approximately 2 months after mine. It was obviously someone working at or associated with Evergreen Spa because it was all 5 stars and very generic. In addition, the reviewer only had one review. For a short description she went by the name of Mimi, if I remember correctly. About 5'3", 95 lbs. Hair 6 inches below her shoulders, w/ highlights. Noticeable scares on her arms and some on her legs. Not much in the way of an accent.

Most are Korean, but not all. This one was definitely not Korean. A previous GF of mine was Korean - this girl was definitely not. Either Thai, Veit, or Cambodian. Met others who weren't Korean previously. A Filipino at Well Spa in McDonough, Cambodian & Malaysians @ the Quality Spa on Chantilly Drive.

I definitely should review more. Trust me - it does make a difference.

OK, but I have never seen a non-Korean working at a Korean-run AMP. I'd like to see that for myself. Could be that good talent is so hard to find that the owners are reverting to other Asians. A lot of guys on the forum have mistakenly assumed a certain woman wasn't Korean when I knew in fact she was. It's a moot point but I actually would like to see women from other Asian countries working at the local AMPs. Viets, for example, are known for giving good head. If a trend were to start where Viet women were giving BBBJs, I'd be there!

I thought I would try Min Hua again for a massage, close my eyes and maybe leave happy? I have been there a few times before because its not far from my location. For the most part, all the Chinese women there are middle aged and not worth looking at. But you do what you have to do. The routine here is that you walk in and sitting around are a handful of women. One jumps up and grabs you and takes you back. The last 2 tries here, I struck out. Previously, I was all set up on the table and then the lady working the desk asked me to move back to the shower room. I said okay, could be a good sign. The lady basically pushed me into a shower stall and tried to suds me up, but avoided touching anything private. She was fully clothed, a total wash out. Got a marginal massage, undraped the whole time and she would not do any extra's(avoid the shower room, they up sell by $10). The next visit, got the regular massage room and mediocre massage with nothing extra. I have left happy prior to these 2 times, but I have not seen any of those ladies around since. After my disappointing experience here, I decided to try B Spa, as it's close by on Buford Hwy. I was greeted by the Mama at the window and I said 1 hour please at. 6. In hindsight, I know that was a mistake and should have tried only for 1/2 hour. She was mid 40's, Korean, a bit on the chubby side. She directed me to the table shower. Oh, this is my first time to a Korean place or any place with a table shower. Washed all the important parts, fairly thoroughly, and deposited me in the sauna. After a few minutes, she took me to the room and gave a really poor massage which included back walking, big mistake. Should have bypassed the massage and just got down to business. She ended up sucking my doo dads and giving me a CBJ. I paid a dime and regret it, but needed a release. There was one other lady there eating, so I did not get a chance to see what she looked like. Not sure if I will go back anytime soon.

As has been mentioned before, the owners of Min Hua cracked down on extras a while back. I got lured over there by Mimi earlier, a 50 y.o. that had previously worked at Magic Hands. When I got there, she led me to the room and I asked about the extras she promised before paying. She refused to do anything, just shook her head no and I asked why the fuck she wanted me to come over and then lie to me. As is typical of these women, she wouldn't explain. She was out of earshot of the female owner, so that wasn't the reason. I left and was glad I hadn't shelled out any money.

I see a recommendation for a*om*the*apy. My limited experience with that place is they always push 30m for 60m fee. At first I just thought it was the girl but then I noticed all the girls I've met there do the same so the best I can guess is that the manager is telling them to do so. I guess it's a toss up, between them and S*. J*** because they charge an outlandish. 08 for the door. The quality of girls never seems that great at either so it's not only a toss up it's hit or miss. Just my opinion, I'm not an expert. I'll say one last thing, the girls at the two places mentioned usually seem more welcoming than the ones at G***, at least recently.

Sorry to hear of your bad experience at Evergreen but that type of scenario can happen at any AMP; however, it seems to happen most often at smaller AMPs like Evergreen where only one or two providers work. There's a little more competition at the Buckhead AMPs because they have more girls so you're more likely to have a better time there. Also, you wouldn't have to worry about time issues as they're open 24/7.

This is not really important but they're all Korean, not Viets or Cambodians.

Lastly, the best thing you can do is get a bad provider's name, a very accurate description and post it here in a timely manner. That'll do the most damage.

Are you talking about Ann (Yan)? There was a thread about her a couple months ago. Not much mention of getting any extras from her. Have you had different luck?

I'm still trying to guess where this place is with the double barber poles. Could be Therapeutic as I can't remember if they have one or two poles but, they certainly wouldn't ask if you wanted a haircut so I suspect the place you're talking about is elsewhere on Buford Hwy.
