This one I can confirm is real. She has an insane rate for HJ but comes down real quick. She's been in the game for years, but honestly there are better out there for what she's asking. If you paid 140 and she has to slit the 80 with the boss who probably receives most of the 80 then she's going to limit the activity. Tip 100 above the 80. Also, it seemed like 90 was the hour rate for a while so 190 will def lead to FS. Or it did last time I saw her.
