I 100% agree with your statement. I don't understand why people hype things up for no reason. Maybe they're new to the game or just easily satisfied. I agree the service is good sometime, but everything else is different from what they claim. Most of the time, the accuracy is off.

I thought this was the positive review thread. I get it not everyone has the same experience every time. I've even had terrible experiences with providers that others rave about. I just chalk that up to different strokes for, well you know the rest.
