Went here the other day. Its the one in a strip mall on 146.

Now to give a little history. I had 2 great sessions here before Covid. I went couple times after covid and was completely different. Bad attitudes, negotiating.

In Schenectady, either Healthy Spa or Sun Spa will likely get a good massage. The woman there change, but seems almist whoever you get will give a good massage.

Lotus in Latham in the Peter Harris Plaza should get a good massage.

Aroma in Clifton Park Rte 9 should get a good massage.
