A part of me probably wonders if it has anything to do with recent policy changes with the administration. This is just my theory, but have you guys heard that there's been a few incidents of mongers robbing the ladies? Recently, though, they contacted the cops and caught one of them and were able to get the stolen money / goods back. I assume now that they have a template for catching these jerks they'll continue to do so. But regardless, I bet after these incidents the bookers are on higher alert and more reticent to bring on new people.

The nice thing is that in LA, with a few exceptions, most of the girls can be booked through multiple bookers. I always like to be approved with as many bookers as possible, just in case one disappears or one gets an exclusive girl, but it's less of a problem in LA. In Vegas, all the girls are exclusive to each agency / booker, so if you want the option of seeing any girl, you have to get approved at all of the agencies. Kinda sucks, since one of the bookers is a huge asshole.

The last reason is possible, and you can try again another time. You do have some bookers you can use already, and you can use them to branch out to others whenever there is a girl your existing booker doesn't cover.
