I wish there was a way to get this word out outside of this site because I just assumed the site was down for months until I found some people on reddit talking about it.

Spread the word to anyone having problems.

I've had her snap at me, but I don't think she blocks. I had made contact with her a few weeks later, and communications were fine. Service was as you described.
