Yes, I've not used TER one single time to research HYA. Every single HYA I found was through USAG, friends, or occasionally a booker I trust like Get9 or CGLA as a last resort. Everything Stonkz said is 100% but I would also go a little further to say that the more honest bookers are established bookers. Less incentive to knowingly fuck you over at least but like Stonkz said, more than likely, the booker probably doesn't get a lot if any face to face time with girls.
