I have to open the site in private browser window in order to access it now. They need to fix the site. Browsers automatically attempt to load it as httpS and that screws it. Http works fine, if your browser will allow it.

We paid for a SSL cert, we are waiting for it to kick in.

We also signed a deal with a developer to update the site.

I had the exact same problem and this worked for me, but not in every browser. I got it to work in FireFox. Brave just kept re-inserting the 's'. I like Brave because it blocks a lot of unwanted cookies.

Look at the URL and if it says "https: change it to "http:" and it will work.

As someone mentioned in an earlier post, there is usually a place in the browser settings where you can turn off the "automatically switch to secure connections " setting.

In Chrome. Settings, privacy and security, turn off "always use secure connections".

In Safari. I don't see a setting that affects this. After the 502 comes up, I have to remove the s from https and click go. On my iPad, after doing this a couple times, it quit letting me put the cursor in the address to remove the s. I retyped the whole thing without the s and it worked. So glad I use Chrome on the iPad instead.

Catholic schoolgirl for a while several years ago. She was definitely UTR and didn't "work" much at all. She got out of the business and hasn't been back. I DO NOT have contact info. Just wanted to share a fond memory.

Opera, based on FireFox browser opens http (and https) websites without complaint. Its fast and has a good home screen for bookmarking your favorites.

I would advise all of you to browse via a VPN so that your activity, passwords, etc. Cannot be tracked for this site or any other.
