Since Restorative Touch on north Division is no more (and their new place does not seem to be up and running yet), I took a long overdue return visit to the place in AH on Highway 2 west of the roundabout west of Hayford Rd (if anyone has the actual name of this place, please share). Very glad I did!

Usually, these places in the greater Spokane area are a crap shoot, as in who knows what will answer the door. This time however, was a rare surprise. A young 20-something answered the door. Petite frame, about 4' 11", 115. Strawberry blonde shoulder length hair with a nice round bottom and a great set of soft not-too-big man-mades with nice long erasers. Very friendly, dressed in a short, sheer white dress.

She led me to the room, took the door fee (. 7) then left me to get comfortable. When she returned, I gave her the tip (1. 3) and she knew right away what that was for. She cleaned me off as they all do and as she ran her hands up and down my back, mine did some exploring of their own and that dress (which had nothing underneath) found the floor in no time. Sad news. Restorative Touch on north Division (just south of Hawthorne) is no more. Their last day was 8/31. I went there just prior; the lady I saw recognized me from before and gave me a slip of paper with their new address. It's on E 29th just west of Regal in a small strip mall (not sure if I am allowed to list their new address and phone here, so PM me if interested). I have driven by it a couple of times since then and they do not seem to be open.

Had some good times there, but sadly no more.

Saw their post on STG. Decided to give them a try. I was greeted by a girl in her early 20's. 5 face. 6 body. Showed me to a room. Allowed me to shower. . 5 HHR. 20 minutes of very hard massage. It actually felt good. No teasing the whole time though. When it was time to flip she asked how much for HJ. Recently visited Renue Spa on Northwest Blvd. Greeted by 40 ish lady. 4 face 6 body. Had a short dress on so figured goodies may have been available? Seemed pleasant enough, but did not partake due to a very bad smell in the spa. Turned me off so I left. Pretty sad state of affairs lately in the area. Wish I had something good to report.

COEUR d'Alene — Months after the city revoked the business licenses of five massage facilities due to allegations of illegal sexual activity, the Coeur d'Alene City Council will consider amending the municipal code applying to such facilities.

The proposed changes, which the council will consider Tuesday, "reflect a collaboration between public safety needs and business licensing needs to help ensure legitimate massage facilities are utilizing best practices and illicit massage facilities are held accountable," according to a report prepared by city staff.

The state of Idaho took over licensure of individual massage therapists in 2013. Since then, the state has regulated individual therapists and cities have regulated facilities.

Under the existing code, it's difficult to determine where licensed therapists work because they are tracked through the mailing address they use for the licenses, rather than through their place of employment.

There are 31 licensed facilities in Coeur d'Alene with an unknown number of massage therapists at present, according to the city.

City staff recommended that the council approve a new requirement that applications for facility licensure include copies of therapist licenses.

"Knowing what licensed therapist is at which site will help with enforcement when inspection or law enforcement action occurs," the report said. "It has been important to have a local level license for facilities to ensure that inappropriate activities, such as prostitution and / or human trafficking, are not occurring, as there is no state-level enforcement in this area. "

The proposed changes include a requirement that each facility "have a person conversant in English available and that all records be kept in English" because staff "are aware of several facilities where the required logbooks are illegible as symbols and other languages were being used. "

A new section of code was proposed "to clearly define illicit acts. "

Staff also requested additional requirements for a fire and building inspection at any new facility.

Stakeholders were notified of the proposed code changes in October 2024 and April of this year and additional notifications were sent after "substantial amendments" were made to the initial set of proposed amendments. The city received no comments, according to the report.

I went to the Rodeway in CDA yesterday. We agreed over text what would take place and for what price. Photo of girl was fake. She was a 5 maybe. But great tits.
