Love to have reports on the environment of the locations. (NOT SPECIFICS. Generalities.) What I mean is:

I for one am not a fan of a creepy papasan opening the door and hanging out in the living room while I do the deed. I want the girl to open the door.

I prefer an apartment to a hotel. If it must be a hotel, I prefer a hotel whose doors are accessible from the outside to one with interior corridors.

For apartments, I prefer a "mixed use" complex with shops and restaurants on the first floor and apartments above.
