How would you compare Isabela and Alexandra? I'm not interested in full service of GFE so limited menu's are fine with me. Dreadfully stale is an understatement. I've seen most of the ones you've seen. The old ones changed over time, either physically, or their service went downhill. The industry jades you, no surprise there.

There were momentary bright spots in the Chicagoland area over the last several years. If anyone remembers Dana from a few years back, who would travel in about once a month to the suburbs, she was one of my favorites. Alison's friend from a year or so ago. Completely agree with this. I recently saw Dania and was hoping for a better experience. It wasn't bad, it just was fairly mechanical and perhaps slightly awkward.
