I don't believe I have the cops any crucial information but I'm also sure they have enough information from text and what I discussed with the private detective before I found out she was a private detective to find me guilty.

I let the little head do the thinking for me and I got taken downtown. It was the first time I was ever arrested. Yes, I was able to get my records sealed after I did what the judge sentenced me to. I passed a couple of background checks after my records were sealed, and it's been all good ever since.

Oh, and BTW, that BS people tell you about a decoy not walking far from one spot is BS. I saw her and I wasn't looking that night. I believe you are referring to Pre Trial Diversion, idea is they drop the charge if you complete a round of community service and pay fines, maybe do some STD and drug screens. As for expungement you'd want to talk to a lawyer ASAP to get the ball rolling on getting any public records sealed. Best of luck.
