To be clear- was this a marked CMPD police vehicle with crime stopper decals on it? If not CMPD, crime stoppers don't operate vehicles which would lead me to believe the vigilante is out of retirement.

Maybe 10 minutes of light rubbing, no teasing then right to business. Went here twice, first time was 140 for L1 and said L3 was 200. Second time (with different girl) was 200 for L2 and said L3 was 300.
