How about we not tell the guys how to play their part of the game?

Everyone is different. Clients and providers. There will always be white knights and "captain-save-a-hoes". We're here to share information, not to police each other's behavior.

Keeping a log definitely helps. I got pissed recently, but once I started logging, I could exhale. I include details on performance, duration, skill, any complaints, etc. , then use that to compare and see if anything stands out—whether it's just average, something off, or a straight-up gyp.
