Yes you probably should be concerned about privacy! I generally don't host until we have settled into a routine and built trust. Her place or hotels (make sure she knows the cost of a hotel reduces what she gets). There are still some hot tub places around. Work in a pinch but I'm not a big fan.

"Mentorship" can come in many forms. But is often a BS line. More than anything they want one thing we have: $.
