I can't say they allow someone to jump. Not my experience. I just wanted to be safe, not sorry. My appointments in the last year have always been honored. BUT since I'm a repeat customer the booker knows I that I won't flake. Obviously the concern is a guy making an apportionment and not showing up.

From Ohhi's message, I would assume that they would still allow people to jump in front of your appointment. I had thought their booker had improved; I had no problem seeing the right girl on booked time slot in the past 4-5 visits, including Anne. Maybe purely lucky.
