Maybe the lack of door locks is intentional, especially with this massage business located just one block from the Chinatown police station. The Hawaii Administrative Rules for massage businesses state: "No establishment shall install or permit the use of any locks on the doors of massage rooms. Any device used to secure a door against easy entry or exit shall be considered a lock".

This is Amy's old place. Went a couple weeks as I had not been in a very long time. Sadly, the larger of the two rooms had a door that could be closed for privacy. Now it is just an accordion type shade that only goes half way down, about 3-4 feet from the floor. Zero privacy and with the sketchy folks who live there upstairs and have access to the downstairs and shower, I was afraid my stuff could be swiped. The other room, same thing, people can just watch you. I won't return. The good news, I had an older, chubby women and she gave a great massage, no extras or hints.
