I am fairly certain that she will not show her face again unless it is to say that she broke free from those trying to take her over and use her for their criminal activities. What you suggested came to mind and I would do that, if given the opportunity.

The disturbing trend that I am beginning to see is that the women who used to be independent are now being taken over and run, whether by gangs or just nefarious acquaintances I do not know.

This could be a delicate subject to discuss.
