Lucky's location (I never went) is listed for rent again online so I assume they are done there. Can't say the same for Rose with any certainty, but both locations have no new ads on STG for some days now.

I scouted the place out to see if I would feel comfortable walking in there. As another person has stated, the signage needs an upgrade. Its lacking anything that would look legitimate and that doesn't give me peace of mind that it wouldn't look suspicious walking in. To me, this reads like you do have the number, they simply didn't answer. And that's probably because they were "busy" so just. Text. Pretty sure most of these places rather you text than call anyway.
