I will point out it is helpful to get periodically tested at the county std clinic. In OC, it's free. This is important to some people, because if you went to urgent care or a doctor there is insurance involved which includes an EOB mailed to you by insurance and a bill by the clinic or doctor. In SD, it is $40 flat rate cash and they also offer vaccines. A reminder that you can schedule vaccines with CVS, Walgreens, and other pharmacies including the very important Gardasil 9. It prevents all genital warts and certain cancers. Hep B and Influence are also quite helpful for frequent visitors.
If you need treatment, you can try callondoc who can prescript appropriate antibiotics and send them to your local pharmacy. This is also helpful before or after taking on a new long-term civilian partner. Since there are some mild bacteria that are too mild to show up on STD tests but can cause a reaction or problems with your partner (which ends up both of you needing to take simultaneously antibiotics or it just bounces back and forth). This was explained to me a few times by the SD County STD clinic, and the doctor is right from my experience.

The actual antibiotics for me were $16 due to insurance discount (no EOB or bill is made, it's just a discount).
