I did not recognize the woman which is why the whole experience gave me the creeps. Every other time I went there, the provider was one I had either seen walking around or had had a massage.

Yeah I'm not totally sure if Nagel has reopened. Last time I drove by, the construction zone fencing was taken down so they may be close to reopening. Should have stayed this in my post, but the experience I shared took place over a year ago.

Not sure if the monger went to Nagle recently, but the last time I went by there the construction was done and the parking lot on Nagel's side of the plaza was resurfaced.

That has always been my experience over my 50+ years of mongering, first was in 1969 in Vietnam for $2+$2 tip LOL. Spa 27 confirmed my texted 60 minute request for 10 am on a Wednesday which is not usually a busy day so I dunno what happened other than they said only 30 minutes when I arrived even after I pushed back several times. I'm only considering going back due to NaNa's glowing recommendation so I'll try for 60 minutes one more time. Thanks!

Whether or not you get a 30 or 60 minute appointment probably depends on when you show up. If they are busy, probably only 30 minutes. I have always gotten my full 60 minutes whenever I go, but I always make an appointment too.
