Safe, yes. Accurate, no. This one along with a few others like CaCutieClub and SugarAsians are all bookers for the same houses. You can see the overlap in pics on their websites. I've had positive experiences a few times but a few others its blatant bait and switch. They tell you a certain (hot) girl is there and then send you to a room with a 50 year old mamasan. As long as you're okay with hit and miss and potentially walking out you're good.

This is a PSA on all social media apps. If you use Telegram, KKT, or any other popular apps make sure to set your profile to private and hide your contact info. I would also not share your contact info. Some of these apps tie your account to your phone number. Whereas others like Instagram don't (making it easier to support multiple accounts).

As long as you set all these things to private, there are a few caveats. Even when your account is private and not searchable and your phone number not searchable, if your account is tied to your phone number there are still connections that can happen. For example, you will be suggested KKT friends if they have your phone number in their contacts (on the same phone as KKT). Even if you don't give KKT access to your own contacts. It is easy to prove, I won't go into it other than pointing that out.

I suppose if you have limited use and low expectations for these, and have other hobby uses for them, that is better. For example I use Telegram for AI art but not this hobby. I don't consider Telegram to be very secure by default. Although Wechat is not secure, but in Wechat's case China could care less about the hobby and they only scan for internal trouble. So you could look at that as an upside.

In practice, you have to use whatever apps other people are using. When I go Japan, they all want to use LINE. Except and unless they don't want to give you their "real contact", then they give you everything except LINE! Among kgirls of course, there is a strong preference that varies between girls and along these same lines. All I can say about that.

To sum up, the very first time you sign up for a new app is to go through every setting and make sure it is configured right for you. This actually more true for an old app you haven't used in years and forgot what you entered in.

A final word of caution is on the nature of privacy and safety. I would not trust other people online beyond sharing intel. There are always a few bad actors or weird people, and even if you meet 4 people without problems the 5th will be a problem. Not necessarily in the way you expect.

Been using Telegram for a couple years now. Hoes love them because you can download the app on any device and you basically have a "telephone" anywhere you go while connected to a WiFi signal. Not surprised Asian orgs use them. They are pretty heavy on WhatsApp also from what I heard but I have never partaken on any Chinese or Korean services.
