    That has always been my experience over my 50+ years of mongering, first was in 1969 in Vietnam for $2+$2 tip LOL. Spa 27 confirmed my texted 60 minute request for 10 am on a Wednesday which is not usually a busy day so I dunno what happened other than they said only 30 minutes when I arrived even after I pushed back several times.     Whether or not you get a 30 or 60 minute appointment probably depends on when you show up. If they are busy, probably only 30 minutes. I have always gotten my full 60 minutes whenever I go, but I always make an appointment too.
