You're asking the right questions. If you have HX, I would try different agencies and see what they say. Try screening with SDAG. Sometimes it is a per-girl limit. No idea, Xo has had some good girls and they seem to all be bb-special like at SKP (Get9 Top SAG). But it's true that many girls who show up in SD you can search for them in OC or LA. SDAG will sometimes swap girls with FA in OC, same as SKP and Xo. CAKD does this to some extent but can swap anywhere, so for example Purple K was LA and OC.

Even if it's 1 post, make sure to search for it for clues. What you want to do for OC is to go into the OC thread and click on the upper right 'Search Forum' label and it will become a text box.
